Job summary

Henley Chase in Greater London is seeking a seasoned construction project management professional to oversee delivery from inception to handover. You will plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations, manage site teams, consultants and subcontractors, and ensure programmes and quality standards are met.

You will provide regular updates to Directors, monitor progress against budgets, handle commercial risks, and drive value through cost control and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from inception to handover.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines and quality.
• Proven track record in tendering, procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Extensive experience with contract administration and variations.
• Ability to prepare and present regular project and commercial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to meet programme, budget and quality objectives.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review contractual requirements and manage variations and payments.
• Prepare cost plans, cash-flow forecasts and cost-value reconciliations.
• Produce regular progress and commercial reports for Directors.
