We are working with an established consultancy that is expanding its Bristol team and looking for a driven Senior QS to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, is confident chairing post-contract meetings, and has a keen eye for cost management. Experience acting as an Employer's Agent would be a significant plus.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering projects from pre to post-contract stages, managing costs, administering contracts, and resolving disputes. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Experience with JCT and Design & Build contracts is essential.
