Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar professional from a Retail / Fit-out / M&E background looking for a specialist role leading a range of technically challenging projects? This consultancy operates across various sectors, mainly retail, with a presence throughout the UK and several offices nationwide. Having grown significantly in recent years, they now have a turnover exceeding £12m and are expanding their team at the Milton Keynes office to meet increasing workload demands.

In this varied role, you will be the go-to person for leading projects from inception to completion, primarily involving refurbishments and fit-outs in the retail sector. You will undertake hands-on project work, engage with clients, and mentor junior team members to support their development. The role offers flexibility, with a mix of in-office work, hybrid arrangements, and site visits.
