Job summary

SWG Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activity on projects across Mid and North Wales, the West Midlands and Cheshire. The role is full-time and hybrid, with on-site work 2–3 days a week and a mix of office and home-based days.

You will own the commercial performance from CVRs to final accounts, procure subcontractors, price variations and manage cost control, reporting to the Commercial Manager and Directors with real autonomy.

Qualifications

• Own the commercial performance of projects from CVRs, forecasts and cashflow through to final accounts.
• Procure subcontractors and manage subcontract accounts.
• Price, submit and agree variations and additional works.
• Prepare interim applications and final accounts.
• Manage cost and risk, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers and site teams to improve project performance.
