Qualifications

• Previous experience as a QS or Senior QS in a construction setting.
• Experience delivering commercial outcomes on major projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful commercial outcome of key nuclear and defence projects.
• Commercial responsibility from contract award through to completion and final account.
• Managing variations and changes with customers.
• Working as part of an experienced commercial team.
• Developing key relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
