Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a QS in construction, infrastructure, utilities or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness and ability to manage subcontractor accounts.
• Experience working under NEC, JCT, FIDIC or similar contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of major projects or workstreams.
• Maintain robust commercial controls and prepare budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Prepare and negotiate applications for payment and final accounts with clients and suppliers.
• Support procurement activities and subcontract package management.
• Provide commercial guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
