Qualifications

• Proven QS experience with a main contractor.
• Strong commercial management of live construction projects.
• Knowledge of JCT and bespoke contract forms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within high-end residential or luxury commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing and tracking project costs throughout the build.
• Preparing valuations, cost reports, and overseeing payment processes.
• Producing tender documentation, cost plans, BoQs, and schedules of work.
• Leading cost forecasting and monthly commercial reporting.
• Procuring subcontractors and managing contracts and final accounts.
• Working closely with site and project teams to monitor progress and variations.
• Ensuring contractual compliance and supporting any dispute resolution.
