360 Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a specialist fit-out contractor operating across London. You will manage commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit-out projects, oversee budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts, and lead subcontractor procurement to ensure project profitability.

Based from a SW London office with on-site duties three days per week, the role offers a salary of £70,000-£80,000 and clear progression into a senior-level

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
• Experience in fit-out, refurbishment or interior packages is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of interior fit-out projects from inception through final account.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and applications for payment.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, negotiations and subcontractor accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks to keep projects financially viable.
