Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Build Division in Leeds with projects across the North West. The role offers a salary of £65,000 - £80,000 plus a car allowance, plus a 10% annual bonus.

A hybrid working pattern is available, with offices in Leeds or Sutton-in-Ashfield and time on site. Take commercial ownership on multiple live and upcoming schemes, supporting pre-construction and site teams from tender through to completion.

• Extensive experience in general build and leisure projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability.
• Ability to manage multiple live and upcoming schemes.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of live and upcoming construction projects.
• Support pre-construction and site management teams from tender to completion.
• Oversee tenders, cost plans, budgets and commercial strategies.
• Prepare monthly reporting, valuations, forecasting and cost control.
• Monitor profitability, risks, opportunities and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams and designers.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, variations, valuations and final accounts.
