Job summary
Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is representing an established construction contractor seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership across live and upcoming projects in the North West.
The role offers a salary of £65,000–£80,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus, a company car or £7,000 car allowance, private healthcare, pension, and paid annual leave. Hybrid working is available with offices in Leeds or Sutton-in-Ashfield and travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Take commercial ownership of multiple live and upcoming projects.
- Support pre-construction and site management from tender to completion.
- Prepare cost plans, budgets and commercial strategies.
- Provide monthly reporting, valuations and cost control.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers and the wider team.
