Job summary

FOSTER & MAY LIMITED, a modern, Kent-based Quantity Surveying consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growth plans. You will carry out a full QS role from inception through to completion, overseeing projects across residential, education, commercial, and leisure sectors up to £50m.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree, 5+ years’ experience, and prior PQS/consultancy exposure, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to mentor junior QS colleagues.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Able to run your own projects, pre and post contract.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open and willing to mentor junior Quantity Surveyors in the team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full Quantity Surveying role from inception through to completion.
• Work through all stages of the project lifecycle on residential, education, commercial, and leisure schemes up to £50m.
