Jackson Young Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on prestigious super-prime residential projects in London. You will oversee procurement, subcontractor accounts, cost reporting, valuations and final accounts, taking ownership of projects from pre-construction to final account.

We require a proven background with a main contractor, excellent commercial and contractual knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Take commercial responsibility for prestigious super-prime residential projects, typically £5m–£10m.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor accounts, cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage pre-construction through to final account stages with Directors' guidance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
