Job summary

STRABAG UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Build Division for a large scale, high-rise project in the Weybridge area. You will drive commercial delivery from pre-construction through final account, ensuring value, quality and efficiency at every stage.

Qualifications

• Registered with RICS / ICES and working towards Chartership.
• Degree qualified or HNC equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Commercially astute with excellent knowledge of standard forms of contract and SoM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and payment applications with full supporting documentation.
• Prepare and manage cost reports and final accounts.
• Procurement planning for sub-contracts and materials, and issue sub-contracts.
• Maintain WIP, cash flow and risk registers with timely updates.
• Assist in change management, notices, and real-time project risk reviews.
