Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on major projects. You will drive profitability through robust commercial controls, forecasting and subcontractor management, working with internal teams and the supply chain.

You'll need a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong risk awareness, stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a challenging, values-led environment within an energy and engineering services group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent required.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills.
• Confident communicator with proven stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage all commercial elements of major projects in line with Dalkia processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and understand customer requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor accounts, including applications, variations, and payments.
• Provide accurate forecasting of final accounts and cash flow.
• Identify and manage commercial risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on financial matters.
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate project reports, forecasts and valuations.
• Monitor all project costs including labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
