Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (essential).
• Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of infrastructure projects from pre-contract to final account.
• Prepare, review, and manage cost plans, valuations and financial reporting.
• Administer NEC contracts, including change control and compensation events.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasts to meet financial targets.
• Provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior commercial staff.
