Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or another relevant qualification.
• Proven client-side construction consultancy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage multiple commissions from feasibility to final account.
• Act as the client’s main day-to-day contact and trusted commercial adviser.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, Bills of Quantities, and tender docs.
• Manage procurement, tender analysis, contract preparation, and negotiations.
• Produce and present project financial and cost reports to clients.
• Manage interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Lead client, design-team, and project meetings.
• Option to undertake Contract Administrator/Employer's Agent roles.
