Job summary

Caralex Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Buckinghamshire-based housebuilder. You will run commercially on around three housing sites and report to the Commercial Director.

Day-to-day duties include writing reports and preparing contracts, budgets and plans, feasibility studies, cost control, estimation, planning and forecasting, cost benefit analyses, dispute resolution, valuations and value engineering, and providing information to Materials Buyers and the

• Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
• Housebuilding QS experience or current Senior QS seeking a new challenge preferred.

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to bolster a commercial department of a well-regarded housebuilder based in Buckinghamshire.

The role will entail running around three housing sites commercially and reporting accurately to aCommercial Director.

You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and have previously worked as a housebuilding Quantity Surveyorand now ready to step upto Senior level, or already be a Senior QS and ready for a new challenge
