Job summary

Caralex Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a well-regarded Buckinghamshire housebuilder. The role involves commercial management across around three sites and reporting to the Commercial Director.

You will write reports and prepare contracts, budgets and plans, conduct feasibility studies, and perform cost control, estimation, planning and forecasting, along with valuations, cost benefit analysis and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experience in housebuilding or as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ready to step up to Quantity Surveyor.
• Willingness to take on a full Quantity Surveyor role.

Responsibilities

• writing reports and preparing documents such as contracts, budgets and plans.
