Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering schemes with a main contractor on Highways works.
• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working with the NEC form of contract.
• Ambitious and confident with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor junior staff.
• Maximise profitability on contracts.
• Monitor contract costs against budgets.
• Identify potential risks and evaluate options for control.
• Prepare estimates and procure sub-contractors.
