Job summary

VolkerHighways is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial functions on complex highway projects in Luton. You will manage forecast, cashflow, and valuation processes while ensuring timely subcontract and main contract payments.

Accredited QS qualification (RICS/CIOB/ICES) or relevant degree is required, with proven highways experience and NEC contract knowledge. The role emphasizes strong client interface and procurement leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in highways or civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and term maintenance arrangements.

Responsibilities
