Job summary

Randstad CPE in the UK is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major Tier 1 contractor on a £300m highways project in South West England. You will manage commercial administration, reporting and performance on the main works and related packages.

The role requires NEC contract experience, strong cost management skills and MRICS/MIOB status (or working towards). You will prepare subcontract documents, manage change control, and produce CVR, cost plans and monthly applications with

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on NEC contracts in large projects.
• Strong cost management and reporting capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Main contract administration with focus on change management and reporting.
• Produce and negotiate subcontract documentation and terms.
• Manage subcontract packages, interim assessments and changes.
• Issue commercial notices to Client and subcontractors as required.
• Oversee changes including Compensation Event Quotations.
• Submit monthly applications to Client per contract terms.
• Liaise with site staff to maintain records and forecast costs.
