Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial support for critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience and knowledge of NEC3 contracts to assist with contract negotiations and provide vital contract support. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior-level Quantity Surveying in infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 contracts and experience with National Highways.
  • Experience with NEC3 contracts Options C and E.
  • Familiarity with CEMAR environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial support for projects and assist with contract negotiation.
  • Provide contract support and ensure compliance with NEC3 standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including National Highways.
  • Ensure accurate cost control and forecasting.

Job description

Senior Quantity Surveyors with our client are responsible for managing commercial support for projects, reporting, assisting with contract negotiation, and providing contract support. They must have proven experience at a senior level in infrastructure environments, knowledge of NEC3 contracts Options C and E, and experience dealing with National Highways. Working within a CEMAR environment is also required.
