Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a respected independent construction consultancy to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for its expanding Manchester team. The role involves full pre- and post-contract cost management services, collaborating with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, design teams and contractors.

Key responsibilities include cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts, with a focus on building strong client

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sector is essential.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or progress towards chartership is desirable but not essential.
