Qualifications

Job Summary

A leading national cost and project management consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with the appointment of a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

With a reputation for delivering commercially driven advice on some of the UK's most complex and high‑profile developments, this consultancy is trusted by major public and private sector clients to lead large‑scale projects and programmes from concept through to completion.

The successful QS will take a leading role on a range of framework‑led projects, with a particular focus on Healthcare and Ministry of Justice schemes.

Working closely with key clients and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for providing strategic cost advice, managing project finances and ensuring successful commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Applications are welcomed from Quantity Surveyors operating at mid to senior level within a consultancy environment. Previous Healthcare or Ministry of Justice experience would be advantageous, although those with experience across other sectors will certainly be considered.
