The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying, 3+ years’ experience, and NEC3/4 knowledge. RICS membership is preferred; driving licence is essential for site visits and procurement collaboration.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
• Professional membership preferable (e.g. RICS).
• Experience in gas pipelines or heavy civils is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and contractual administration of projects to maximise entitlement and profitability.
• Support tender preparation, cost analysis, and pre-contract activities.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring bid strategies and profit plans are delivered.
• Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages, orders, interim valuations and final accounts.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors; provide timely reporting of valuations and cash flows.
