Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a large NEC4 contract on a site-based project at HMP Channings Wood, near Newton Abbot. This is a full-time assignment working from the main site office.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years' Quantity Surveying experience and proven NEC4 knowledge, with hands-on involvement on similar projects. You will work closely with the project team on commercial management, subcontractor procurement and cost reporting to

Job description

I am looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor to support a large project in Newton Abbot. This role would suit a freelance candidate who has specific experience in NEC4 contracts.

Role Details

• Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Location: HMP Channings Wood (site-based)
• Hours: Full-time, working from the main site office, 7:30am to 5:00pm
• Duration: Current project expected to run until March next year
