Job Description

Due to an increase in workload within their Water sector in the South West, our client, an award-winning Regional Contractor, has the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major scheme they have just secured.

The project involves 75km of pipelines, including pumping stations, reservoirs, and water treatment works. It is a very interesting project scheduled to end in 2030.

The role includes procurement of contractors, managing subcontractor accounts, issuing payments, CVRs, variations, and claims.

To be considered, you should have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying, with experience in heavy civils and ideally water projects, gained within a main contracting environment.

In return, a top day rate is offered along with a long-term contract, which could lead from temp to perm if of interest.
