Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on the Norwich to Tilbury programme. You will manage subcontract procurement, reporting, and financial control across a major energy infrastructure portfolio.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, NEC contract experience, and the ability to mentor junior commercial staff within a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related commercial discipline.
• Desirable membership of RICS or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of projects within a designated geographic area.
• Produce accurate and timely commercial reports, forecasts and strategic advice.
• Manage subcontract procurement, including interim applications, variations and final accounts.
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of all commercial data and reporting.
