Qualifications

• Previous employment as a QS / Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor, Senior QS or Commercial Manager.
• Experience in the building sector is essential.
• Ideally, experience in Education/School sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful financial completion of projects.
• Coordinate with Regional Director/Manager and Commercial Manager.
• Prepare accurate draft sub-contracts.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Manage meetings and line responsibility for commercial team members.
