Job summary

Enable Group in Harrow seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, delivering projects across London and the South East. You will manage commercial aspects from pre-contract to final account, liaising with operations and clients to secure value and strong financial performance.

Applicants should have 4+ years’ QS experience with a background in demolition or related specialist contracting sectors; subcontractor procurement and client relationship management are key

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Solid background in demolition, cut and carve, structural alterations or related specialist contracting sectors.
• Experience with leading specialist contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership from pre-contract through final account.
• Procurement and management of subcontractors; valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Forecasting, final accounts and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
