Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional civil contractor focused on demolition projects in London. The role will involve valuations, cost reporting, and procurement management across multiple sites with intermittent travel to project locations.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and has commercial civil experience, preferably in demolition. Chartered or working towards chartership is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering completed or underway.
• Candidates should have a commercial background in civil works.
• Experience in Civil sectors or Demolition projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment.
• The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client.
• The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
• The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts.
• Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.
• Maintaining project risk and opportunities schedule.
• Procurement for project/section of works.
• Ensuring all involved in procurement for project understand allowances for items they are responsible for and the procedures to be followed.
• Financial reporting for project/section of works.
• Preparing cash forecast.
• Preparing quarterly forecasts.

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Regional Civil Contractor who works across the UK specializing in Demolitionbased projects. Role will be based in London, with the candidate expected to travel intermittently to various Londonproject sites when required.
