Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Defence Infrastructure project in the Richmond area. The role is on-site with an option to work from home one day per week, under NEC Option C contract terms and Inside IR35.

You will manage upstream contract administration, compile cost records, and coordinate with the Client team. Must hold a CSCS card and be willing to work on site four days a week, with eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Quantity Surveyor level.
• CSCS card held and valid.
• Willingness to work on site 4 days a week.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Compile cost records and present upline to Client team.
• Manage CEs upstream and downstream.
• Administer contract elements (EWs, CEs, PMIs, etc.).
• Review and agree CE records with Client QS team.
• Assist with monthly valuations.
