Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Defence Infrastructure project in the Richmond area. The role is a 6-month contract with the potential for extensions and involves on-site work four days per week with an NEC Option C contract framework.

On-site duties include cost record compilation, CE management, and monthly valuations, supported by a broader commercial team under a Lead QS. PAYE rate is £500 per day, inside IR35.

Qualificações

• Proven experience at QS level.
• CSCS card required.
• Willingness to work on site 4 days a week.

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC Option C contract experience? We at Randstad are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based on site in the Richmond area. There is the option to work from home one day a week.

Working as part of a wider commercial team under a Lead QS, you will predominantly manage upstream contract administration with the Client team on an NEC Option C (open book, cost reimbursable) contract.

Duties Include

• Compilation of cost records and presentation upline to the Client team.
• Managing CEs upstream and downstream.
• Administering contract elements (EWs, CEs, PMIs, etc.).
• Reviewing and agreeing CE records with the Client QS team.
• Assisting with monthly valuations.
