Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced cost manager in London to lead cost management for a multi-phase data center program. You will develop detailed cost plans and budgets, liaise with project teams, contractors, and consultants, and support procurement and change control throughout design and delivery.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and risk management skills, along with experience mentoring junior staff and driving value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cost management activities for a multi-phase data center program.
• Prepare and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and estimates across packages and stages.
• Act as key client interface, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Lead cost reporting, including monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk reviews.
• Oversee change management processes: review, negotiate, and reconcile change orders.
• Mentor junior cost managers and quantity surveyors as needed.
