System Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Teddington, London. You will deliver cost management, commercial advice and project management support across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

The role combines quantity surveying and project management responsibilities, working closely with Directors, clients and the wider project team. A MRICS qualification is desirable and strong knowledge of JCT contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• MRICS qualification or progress towards chartership (desirable).
• Experience in cost planning, procurement, tendering, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication, with client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams while handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Provide cost management and commercial advice across a diverse project portfolio.
• Support project management and work with Directors and clients.
• Manage quantity surveying and project management duties on site visits as needed.
