Job Description:

Calibre Search is seeking project-running, MRICS-qualified Quantity Surveyors eager to join a globally present practice with a close-knit team based in Manchester.

They have exciting projects, including work on large Government agency frameworks, delivering Cost Management services across property schemes such as town halls, courts, libraries, and other local authority buildings.

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying with several years of experience, confident in pre and post-contract services as a PQS.

This role offers the opportunity to join a reputable practice with international exposure while being part of a supportive, smaller team engaged in charity and social events.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of pre-contract cost management using traditional and digital methods.
  • Assist the Senior QS with cost estimating, tender documentation, post-contract administration, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of service delivery in consultancy.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in construction/property sectors.
  • Strong team player with good people management skills.
  • Effective client interface skills.
  • Ambitious and driven to deliver high-quality professional services.
