Job summary

Mitchell Maguire in Northern Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Construction to manage commercial and financial aspects of large-scale projects across Northern Ireland with some ROI involvement. You will prepare cost estimates, valuations, variations and final accounts, support procurement, and carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
