Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager – Civil Engineer

Location: In Office, Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of operations across Lincolnshire.
• Lead and manage the commercial team.
• Oversee all financial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Handle contract negotiations, risk management, procurement, and commercial documentation.
• Report on project performance and manage change processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements:
