Job summary

You will take responsibility for the commercial management of cladding and facade packages from pre-construction through final account, with salary up to £70,000 DOE and a car allowance.

Extensive cladding knowledge, strong commercial and contractual awareness, and the ability to operate at QS or Senior QS level are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive cladding and facades experience.
• Experience with cladding contractors or managing cladding packages for main contractors.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of cladding and facade packages.
• Preparing and submitting applications for payment and cost reports.
• Procurement and management of specialist cladding subcontractors.
• Valuation and negotiation of variations and change events.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial risk.
• Final accounts and project close-out.
