Fairmead are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term infrastructure project in Peterborough. This permanent, site-based role offers £60,000–£80,000 plus a package.

The successful candidate will run the commercial function on a major project, handling valuations, cost reporting, final accounts, and subcontract procurement, while managing NEC4 contracts with the client and supply chain.

Qualifikationen

• Senior QS with main or civils contractor experience
• NEC4 Option C and E experience essential
• Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Full UK driving licence

Aufgaben

• Run the commercial side of the project day to day — valuations, CEs, cost reporting, subcontract procurement and final accounts
• Manage the NEC4 contract with the client and supply chain, and keep the early warning and compensation event process on top of itself
