Job summary

Anwyl Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, sub-contractor administration, and monthly CVR reporting on prestigious projects in North Wales. You will produce cost-to-complete analyses, monitor budgets, and support the Commercial Director with financial controls on site.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure value for money, timely payments, and accurate reporting. A strong background in construction commercial management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management and cost control.
• Knowledge of CVR and site valuations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with building regulations and NHBC requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and quantify materials and labour.
• Administer sub-contractor payments and procurement.
• Prepare internal valuations and cost-to-complete reports.
• Maintain development budgets and monitor cost movements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with Commercial Director.
