• NEC contract experience (NEC3/NEC4 option C)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with system subcontractors
• Advise on contractual issues
• Ensure commercial compliance on contracts
• Report subcontract status to Commercial Manager
• Assist in pricing variations
• Cost control of the project
• Support monthly cost and progress reports
• Provide procurement, tendering, contract administration support
• Measure quantities
• Prepare monthly statements detailing variations and final accounts
• Assist with monthly WIP reports
