Job summary

Advance TRS is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major infrastructure programme at Gatwick Airport. The role focuses on projects typically valued at £10m+ and supports larger packages up to £100m+, within a high-profile aviation environment.

You will develop cost plans, manage budgets, validate costs, and produce monthly cost reports. Extensive NEC contract administration, risk management and procurement support are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience delivering QS services on projects typically valued at £50m+.
• Experience on projects £10m+ and larger programmes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project cost plans and estimates.
• Administering NEC contracts and handling contract communications.
• Producing cost reports and forecasts (ECW, FAC, forecast to completion).
• Support governance, procurement and risk management processes.
• Lead or support commercial negotiations and tender evaluations.
