Fawkes & Reece is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a regional main contractor based in Verwood, Dorset. You will work on projects ranging from education to healthcare across new build, refurbishment and maintenance sectors, with project values between £1m and £6m.

The role offers a salary up to £70k, a strong benefits package, a robust project pipeline, and clear progression opportunities as the business grows in the South West region.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in commercial construction.
• Experience administering JCT contracts.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Live within commutable distance to Verwood, Dorset.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract procurement on projects.
• Oversee subcontractors' accounts on site and handle variations.
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with clients.
• Prepare and finalise accounts and settlements.
