This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor that is going through a period of growth and looking to expand their team.

The company operates primarily within South Yorkshire and the East Midlands and their main focus is within residential / accommodation, industrial and commercial sectors with project values ranging from £1m to £15m.

What they are looking for..

An established Quantity Surveyor with c10 years expereince from a main contracting background.

Design & Build and JCT D&B contract experience.

Must have experience of running own projects from start to finish.

A proactive and motivated individual that gets stuck in and doesn't sit and wait for things to happen.
