Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a rewarding role with a highly regarded construction firm? We are a leading specialist in the care sector, seeking a talented and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
With over two decades of expertise, they've successfully delivered over 70 specialist care facilities, including care homes, dementia homes, and nursing homes across the UK. They offer comprehensive, turnkey solutions, managing projects from initial site acquisition and planning through to construction and handover.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in the projects, contributing to the successful delivery of vital care facilities. You'll be instrumental in managing all commercial aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exacting quality standards. Their exclusive focus on the care sector offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a niche market that makes a tangible difference to people's lives.
You will be looking after 2 projects at any given time, working with the Wakefield office. The projects are predominantly in the Southern region of the country and therefore travel to the developments will be required as and when.
