Foster & May Limited in Surrey seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary Building and Property Consultancy. You will deliver traditional quantity surveying, contract administration and project management across residential and commercial schemes in the Southeast.

The role requires 5+ years QS experience, a QS Construction degree, and active MRICS progression; driving licence and car are essential.

• Working towards MRICS.
• Pre and post contract experience.

• Led a project from inception to completion.

A multi-disciplinary Building and Property Consultancy is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely alongside an Associate Director, delivering a mix of residential and commercial projects across the Southeast.

On a day-to-day basis, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide traditional quantity surveying services, alongside contract administration and project management responsibilities.
