Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accreditation desirable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all commercial and financial aspects of multiple developments, working closely with internal design, technical, and delivery teams.
