Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor for a West Midlands consultancy. The role is a 6‑month contract with a 70% remote and 30% on‑site/office arrangement, offering a daily umbrella rate of £350–£400.

You will lead cost planning, feasibility studies, BOQ preparation (JCT), tender documentation and procurement advice, with strong pre‑contract experience and the ability to work independently.

We’re looking for a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferentially on the client or consultancy side for a West Midlands-based consultancy.

Contract length: 6 months (potentially extended). Remote work: 70% remote, 30% on-site or in office.

Daily rate: £350.00 to £400.00 (umbrella).

Target sectors: Education, Landscape, Leisure, and Housing.
