Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects. You will oversee cost control, forecasting, change management and reporting, while advising on NEC and other contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven UK public sector/infrastructure/commercial delivery experience.
• Chartered with RICS or working towards chartership.
• Extensive NEC contract experience including change, payment, risk and forecasting.
• Strong cost management, procurement, contract administration, reporting and governance.
• Experience supporting business development and client growth.
• Ability to advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and developing technical capability.
